Amirhossein Mansouri

Software Engineer · CS @ York University · Lassonde · Toronto, ON

Hi, I’m Amirhossein — a software engineer and final-year Computer Science student at York University’s Lassonde School of Engineering, graduating May 2026. I build things end-to-end across the stack, with a soft spot for clean Java/Spring Boot services and Python tooling.

Most recently I spent 12 months at Moneris Solutions, Canada’s largest payment processor, working on backend services in Spring Boot, building a Java-based file comparison tool that cut validation time by 60%, and integrating Postman/Newman regression testing into the CI/CD pipeline. I’ve also shipped Kafka-backed microservices and refactored production SQL and services for performance.

I’m currently building Synapse — a Human-Centered AI Assurance Framework for TD Bank as my YorkU capstone — a FastAPI + NestJS + Next.js platform that scores Jira user stories against versioned AI/privacy policies in real time, served as an Atlassian Forge plugin.

Outside of school and work, you’ll find me prototyping side projects (see projects) or studying for an AWS cert. Feel free to reach out — I’m always open to interesting problems and new grad / SWE opportunities for 2026.
